Hier Steckt ganz viel Lindner drin

Jonas Stahl ist seit 5 Jahren bei Lindner. Begonnen hat er mit einer Ausbildung zum Industriekaufmann. Seit seinem Abschluss ist er als Sales Manager im Vertrieb für unser internationales Liefergeschäft tätig – und hier der erste Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Planer, Architekten und Investoren, wenn es um Bauvorhaben in Osteuropa geht. Er berät sie hinsichtlich unserer zahlreichen Produkte und betreut die Baustellen von der Planungsphase bis zur Übergabe an den Bauherrn.

Eines der spannendsten Projekte, das Jonas und sein Team in letzter Zeit realisieren durften, war, eine 1.500 m² große Filiale des Onlinehändlers Mimo Vrste in Ljubljana mit unserem Doppelbodensystem auszustatten. Mimo Vrstre vertreibt in Slowenien Artikel wie Elektronik, Mode und auch Haushaltsbedarf.

Für den Ausbau war ein sehr sportliches Tempo vorgesehen: Von der ersten Lieferung unserer Produkte bis zur Eröffnung der Filiale war nur ein Monat Zeit! Bis zum letzten Tag war nicht ganz klar, ob der enge Zeitplan eingehalten werden konnte. Jonas war fast ununterbrochen auf der Baustelle. Besonders schwierig gestaltete sich die Nivellierung des Doppelbodens: Das Monteurteam hatte Schwierigkeiten, die einzelnen Bodenplatten plan zueinander auszurichten.

Besonders gut gefallen hat Jonas die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Partner. Aber auch die Arbeit mit unserem Produktionsteam: Der Produktionsauftrag für das Bodensystem wurde ganz unkompliziert vorgezogen, um den sportlichen Terminplan einzuhalten. Eine super Teamleistung! Trotz aller Herausforderungen wurde zum Tag der Eröffnung schließlich alles rechtzeitig fertig gestellt. Jonas wichtigstes Ziel, nämlich den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen, konnte erreicht werden und der Doppelboden beeindruckte nach der Verlegung mit maximaler Funktionalität.

Jonas Stahl has been with Lindner for 5 years. He started with an apprenticeship as an an Industrial Business Management Assistant. Since graduating, he has been working as a Sales Manager for our international supply business - and is the first point of contact for customers, planners, architects and investors when it comes to construction projects in Eastern Europe. He advises them on our numerous products and supervises construction sites from the planning phase to handover to the client. 

One of the most exciting projects Jonas and his team recently had was realising to equip a 1,500 m² branch of the online retailer Mimo Vrste in Ljubljana with our raised floor system. In Slovenia, Mimo Vrstre sells articles such as electronics, fashion and also household supplies.
A very sporty pace was set for the fit-out: From the first delivery of our products to the opening of the branch was only one month! Until the last day, it was not entirely clear whether the tight schedule could be kept. Jonas was on the construction site almost non-stop. The levelling of the raised floor proved to be particularly difficult: the team of fitters had difficulties aligning the individual floor panels flat to each other. 

Jonas particularly enjoyed the cooperation with our partner. But also the work with our production team: the production order for the floor system was brought forward without any complications in order to keep to the sporting schedule. A super team performance! Despite all the challenges, everything was finally completed on time for the opening day. Jonas' most important goal, namely to satisfy the customer, was achieved and the raised floor impressed with maximum functionality after installation. 

We think: a great achievement!
