Hier steckt ganz viel Lindner drin

Helmut Schaitl ist zusammen mit Maria Aigner Geschäftsführer unseres Mehrgenerationenhauses und unserer Senioreneinrichtungen – des PARKWOHNSTIFT in Arnstorf, Eichendorf und Tettenweis. Seit 1993 – also seit der Übernahme des damaligen Kreis-Alten- und Pflegeheims Arnstorf durch die Hans-Lindner-Stiftung – ist er Teil des Unternehmens.

Schon vor der Übernahme war Helmut im Kreis-Alten- und Pflegeheim erst für die Haustechnik und anschließend überdies für die Hauswirtschaft zuständig. Nach Fortbildungen und Seminaren hat er es heute bis zur Leitung der mittlerweile drei Pflegeeinrichtungen geschafft! Nach der Übernahme des Kreis-Alten- und Pflegeheims in Arnstorf durch die Hans Lindner Stiftung im Jahr 1993 begann die Sanierung: Jeden Samstagvormittag traf sich Helmut zur Bauplanbesprechung mit Hans Lindner und den Mitarbeitern aus der Pflege. Während dieser Zeit stattete die Familie Lindner Pflegeeinrichtungen in ganz Deutschland Besuche ab und sammelte Ideen für das eigene Haus.

Mit den Jahren hat Helmut gemeinsam mit seinem Team im Mehrgenerationenhaus PARKWOHNSTIFT Arnstorf einige Um- und Anbauten begleitet, u. a. die Einrichtung eines Geburtshauses mit Praxen und eigener Kinderkrippe. Aber dabei blieb es nicht: Das PARKWOHNSTIFT stand wirtschaftlich auf soliden Beinen, sodass 2008 schließlich eine weitere Einrichtung eröffnet werden konnte: der ambulante Pflegedienst „zu Hause gut betreut“ und die Tagespflege „SenTa“ in Eichendorf. Aber auch damit nicht genug: Heute ziehen bereits die ersten Bewohner in das neue Haus, das PARKWOHNSTIFT Tettenweis. Dieses befindet sich in den Räumen eines historischen, denkmalgeschützten und aufwendig sanierten Klosters. Mit der Übernahme des Gebäudes durch die Hans Lindner Stiftung können die Schwestern des Benediktinerinnen-Konvents weiterhin im Haus bleiben und müssen sich keine Sorgen mehr um die Erhaltung des besonderen Bauwerks machen. Auch sonst hat sich über die Jahre viel getan. Bei all den Entwicklungen war Helmut von Anfang an federführend dabei.

Er setzt sich an allen Fronten für das PARKWOHNSTIFT ein: Selbst dann, wenn einmal Geräte oder Maschinen kaputt sind, und zum Reparieren gebracht werden müssen, oder die interne Post von Tettenweis nach Arnstorf und umgekehrt mitgenommen werden muss. Helmut hat die Vision der Pflegeeinrichtungen und des Mehrgenerationenhauses von Anfang an maßgeblich vorangebracht. Besonders freut er sich über das neue Projekt PARKWOHNSTIFT Tettenweis. „Du lebst und stirbst für das PARKWOHNSTIFT“, sagt seine Frau dazu. Wir finden: So viel Herzblut verdient wirklich Respekt!

Where our heart beats - Lindner

Together with Maria Aigner, Helmut Schaitl is the General Manager our multi-generation house and our senior facilities – the PARKWOHNSTIFT in Arnstorf, Eichendorf and Tettenweis. He has been part of the company since 1993 – since the former Arnstorf District Retirement and Nursing Home was taken over by the Hans Lindner Foundation.

Even before the takeover, Helmut was first responsible for building services in the District Retirement and Nursing Home and then also for home economics. After many seminars, he is now managing our three care facilities! After the Hans Lindner Foundation took over the District Retirement and Nursing Home in Arnstorf in 1993, renovation work began: Every Saturday morning, Helmut met Hans Lindner and the staff to discuss the construction plan. During this time, the Lindner family paid visits to care facilities all over Germany and gathered ideas for their own facility.

Over the years, Helmut and his team in the multi-generational house PARKWOHNSTIFT Arnstorf have accompanied some conversions and additions, including the establishment of a birthing centre with practices and its own crèche. But it did not stop there: The PARKWOHNSTIFT had a solid economically foundation, so that another facility was opened in 2008: the outpatient care “zu Hause gut betreut” and the day care service “SenTa” in Eichendorf. But that's not all: Today, the first residents are already moving into the new house PARKWOHNSTIFT Tettenweis. It is located in the rooms of a historical, listed monastery and has been extensively renovated. With the takeover of the building by the Hans Lindner Foundation, the sisters of the Benedictine convent can continue to stay in the house and no longer have to worry about the preservation of the special building. Much else has happened over the years. Helmut was in charge of all the developments from the start.

He campaigns for the PARKWOHNSTIFT on all fronts: Even if devices or machines are broken and have to be brought for repairs, or the internal mail has to be taken from Tettenweis to Arnstorf and vice versa. Helmut has significantly advanced the vision of the care facilities and the multigenerational house from the start. He is particularly pleased about the new project PARKWOHNSTIFT Tettenweis: “You live and die for the PARKWOHNSTIFT”, says his wife. We think: That much passion really deserves respect!
